We run a variety of groups in East and North Ayrshire. Details of all group activities are available from your Counsellor who can discuss your participation in a group and refer you for a group place.

There is no cost to access our group activities and many are funded by Trusts and Foundation grants/awards and from donations to the charity.

Group activities provide valuable opportunities for Survivors to learn and enjoy new skills, develop healthy relationships, increase social interaction and reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation, build confidence and increase self-esteem. All activities take place in a safe, supportive environment and are hosted by qualified Tutors and Professionals.

We also offer Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) Training – a new programme being piloted over a 3 year period with the support of the Women’s Fund through Foundation Scotland. WRAP training will empower Survivors to learn new skills and improve their health and wellbeing whilst introducing peer support. WRAP workshop is delivered over 2 days and for those completing the 2 day workshop, they have the opportunity to explore WRAP Facilitator training. This involves a further 5 days training.

On the Isle of Arran there is also a peer support group available, hosted by a Break The Silence Volunteer.

Please note that activities are available only to Clients.
