    Have Fun!

Most Volunteers have a great time, regardless of why they do it.

Break The Silence follow best practice in volunteering in order to ensure that all volunteers have the best experience possible and engage in a fulfilling and meaningful volunteering opportunity. Unfortunately, due to the significant increase in demand for our services, we have no capacity within our existing resources to facilitate the recruitment, training, induction and management of new volunteers. For this reason, we have reluctantly taken the decision to temporarily suspended all new volunteering activity. We appreciate this may be disappointing and we apologise for the inconvenience, however this is being done to ensure that all volunteers receive the appropriate training and support and that all necessary checks can be carried out in line with our volunteering policy. We hope this is a temporary situation and that you will consider volunteering with us in the future, so please do check back with us soon.
